Women make up 50% of the Winahost team and hold 50% of leadership positions, with a 0% pay gap. There are also flexible hours, a professional mentoring programme and inclusive hiring processes. Figures confirmed in August 2026.
Yes. Winahost works with 85% local suppliers and runs cleaning and maintenance from neighbourhood hubs, which cuts travel between properties. Management does not change whether short-term rentals exist, but it does change where that money goes and how much of it circulates in the city — and it grows the neighbourhood’s capacity to develop local commerce.

That cleaning, maintenance, refurbishment and supplies are contracted from companies and professionals in the same area as the property. In practice, the operational spend stays in the municipality instead of going to a central provider.
