Yes, we can manage your existing Airbnb profile. We’ll optimize and manage it professionally, keeping the ratings and reviews you’ve already earned.
Yes. The contract has an initial minimum term of 6 months from the date your listing is published. After that, either party can end it at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Early cancellation during the minimum term entails a compensation for the setup and preparation costs.

Payouts are made monthly. You’ll receive your net earnings (after our commission) on the 30th of each month for the stays in the current month.
The home must be fully furnished and equipped—basic appliances, bed linens, towels, kitchenware, WiFi—and comply with local short-term rental regulations.

Yes. We use smart locks and smart devices that enable remote mobile access to apartments and buildings, which can be adapted to your home to enhance security.
Winahost delivers a professional service through our on-site Operational Hubs, including full-home cleaning (thorough sweeping and mopping), trash removal, cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, and bed preparation and presentation.
The cleaning fee is covered by the guest when they complete their booking on the platform.
For each reservation, we restock essentials for the first days: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, cleaning products and, in some cases, extras like coffee, tea, slippers, toothbrush, etc., or the add-ons defined in Winahost Experience.
After check-out, Winahost Agents inspect the home and report any issues; from there, the cleaning team performs their service. Duration depends on the property (rooms/square footage): typically 2 to 5 hours. All cleaning staff (in-house or partners) are insured.
We check for damage, close windows, turn off lights and radiators, and lock up. Post-departure verification is one of the pillars of our Premium Management.
With full management, Winahost replenishes cleaning tools (broom, mop, cloths, sponge) and supplies floor, glass, and bathroom cleaners.
Yes. We follow the cleaning and sanitization guidelines of ICTE (Instituto para la Calidad Turística Española).
In Winahost Premium we provide, per reservation, at least: • 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per guest, 1 bath mat per bathroom. • 1 fitted sheet per bed/sofa bed, 1 duvet cover per bed, 1 pillowcase per pillow. • 1 dish towel. The home must include: mattresses, mattress protector, duvet, pillows (ideally 2 per guest), winter blanket if applicable.
Essential checklist (summary): Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, trash can. Bathroom: hair dryer, toothbrush holder/cup, trash bin. Bedrooms: pillows (ideally 2 per guest), duvet, mattress protector, closet/dresser and hangers. Extras: iron + ironing board, broom, mop + bucket, vacuum. Recommended: washer, dryer, drying rack, TV. Other: 4 sets of keys, WiFi, heating and hot water, air conditioning.
We provide ongoing maintenance to cover unexpected issues and replacements. A well-maintained home improves platform ranking, guest comfort, and, as a result, profitability.
We have an operations team for basic maintenance (with a rate card attached to the contract). If a repair requires a specialist, we coordinate vendors and the owner’s insurance with a prior estimate and approval. Note: Maintenance costs are billed separately.
Reservation changes are made through the platform where it was booked. If you need any additional help, you can contact our support team.
Short-term rental income is taxed as rental income or as a business activity depending on the management model. Winahost provides periodic reports for accurate tax filing.
The steps vary by the regulations of each country, autonomous community, or City Council. Winahost advises and guides you through the registration or tourist license application process at the corresponding One-Stop Shop. Within short-term rentals, there’s an alternative to tourist rentals: temporary rentals governed by different regulations.
We recommend a liability insurance policy and a homeowners policy that includes coverage for properties operated as vacation rentals.
The guest pays through the booking platform, and Winahost transfers the corresponding amount to the owner, minus our commission, within the timeframes established in the contract.
Yes, all rates include the applicable taxes.
Invoices are available in the App, in the private Owner Portal, or you can request them from our Administration team.
We use dynamic pricing, factoring in supply, demand, and elements like local events, powered by data analytics tools and AI-driven algorithms.
No hidden fees. Any additional charges (such as cleaning or extraordinary maintenance) are clearly defined in the contract and communicated to the owner.
In this model, the owner handles on-site tasks (check-in, check-out, cleaning) while Winahost manages bookings, optimization, and support. The commission in this case is 11%.
