b. Active consent
Users must actively indicate their consent, for example by clicking a button like "Accept" or "Agree".
c. Third-party information
We disclose which third parties (Google, Meta and HubSpot) will have access to the data collected through cookies on our site. The full list of third-party cookies, their purposes and retention periods is available in our Cookie Policy.

If you are located outside the European Union and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the European Union and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Winahost will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to any organization or country unless adequate controls are in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.
5. Data disclosure
Winahost may disclose your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect the rights or property of Winahost
- Prevent or investigate wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the safety of users or the public
- Protect against legal liability
6. Data security
The security of your data matters to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Service providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related tasks, or to help us analyze how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
8. Links to other sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that we do not operate. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly recommend that you review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
9. Children’s privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
10. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Winahost aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, modify, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
If you wish to be informed about what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it removed from our systems, please contact us.
In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
- The right to access, update, or delete the information we have about you.
- The right to rectification. You have the right to have your information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.
- The right to restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
- The right to data portability. You have the right to receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Winahost relied on your consent to process your personal information.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
11. Cookies and consent system
We use our own cookie consent management system: no statistics or marketing cookie is set until you expressly accept it. Your choice (whether you accept or reject) is stored for 12 months in the wh_consent cookie, together with the date and an identifier of the decision, as proof of consent. You can see the details of every cookie in our Cookie Policy.
12. Withdrawing cookie consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” icon in the bottom-left corner of every page, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by deleting cookies from your browser. If you reduce permissions you had already granted, we delete the cookies associated with the disabled categories and reload the page so the corresponding services stop running.
13. Consent signals to Google (Consent Mode)
We integrate Google Consent Mode v2: by default, every signal (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) is denied and only switches to granted when you accept the corresponding category. On top of hard-blocking the scripts themselves, this guarantees that no Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies are created without your prior consent.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before the change takes effect, and we will update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy take effect when posted on this page.
