This policy explains which cookies the website https://winahost.com uses, for what purposes, and how you can accept them, reject them or withdraw your consent at any time.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your browser or device when you visit them. Among other things, they are used to remember your preferences, recognise your browser or measure how the site is used. Similar technologies (pixels, tags or local storage) may be used alongside cookies; in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

3. Legal basis
Statistics and marketing cookies are only set with your prior consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI). Necessary cookies are exempt from consent because they are essential to provide the service you request, including storing your own consent preferences.
4. How to accept, reject or withdraw consent
On your first visit we show a banner with three options at the same level: accept all cookies, reject them all, or configure them by category.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” icon in the bottom-left corner of every page, or from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you reduce permissions you had already granted, we delete the associated cookies and reload the page so the corresponding services stop running.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). Note that blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
Your choice (whether you accept or reject) is kept for 12 months in the wh_consent cookie, together with the date and an identifier of the decision. If this policy changes materially, we will increase its version and ask for your consent again.

Note: the HubSpot script may in turn inject Google Ads and Meta tags (piggybacking). All of them load only if you have accepted the marketing category.
6. International transfers
The providers Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. and HubSpot, Inc. are established in the United States and process the data collected by their cookies there. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which those entities are certified and which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.
