Winahost: vacation and mid-term rental management with technology and local teams
Winahost is a Spanish company specialised in the end-to-end management of vacation and mid-term rentals. We help owners, investors and property operators manage pricing strategy, marketing, distribution, guest and tenant care, and the day-to-day operations of their properties. We combine in-house technology, market data and local teams.
What Winahost is
A tech-enabled rental management company
Winahost manages vacation rentals (short stays) and mid-term rentals for individual owners, investors, buildings and portfolios. We take on the full cycle —strategy and pricing, multichannel distribution, guest and tenant care, operations and reporting— so the property performs better and the owner spends less time on the day-to-day. Our difference: in-house technology and market data with human supervision, plus local teams in the cities we serve.
Our history
From a personal need to a rental management company
2021
Winahost is founded in Barcelona by Pol Aracil, Albert Pérez Mateu and Jordi Aracil, from their own need managing a vacation rental.
2023
Winahost closes its first funding round of €475,000, with the participation of investors linked to the IESE Family Office Network, business angels, Open Learning Spain and ENISA / Next Generation participatory loans.

The company expands its portfolio and develops new in-house tools for pricing, reporting and operations management for owners.
2025
Winahost raises one million euros to deploy its technology and develop its B2B and Smart Hotels model, with the participation of investors linked to the IESE Family Office and Business Angels Network, private investors and funding from ENISA, Next Generation funds and BBVA Spark.
2026
In the first quarter Winahost onboards its first 4 boutique hotels. It also launches the Observatory, strengthens mid-term rental management and consolidates its B2B line for buildings, portfolios and Smart Hotels.
